My second bag from this shop. Beautiful bag, fast shipping. The seller replies quickly and happy to help.
My second purchase did not go well as the previous one. I was sent a damaged bag. This bag was scratched, had marks on the front and two mini holes on the back.
I received 30 EUR refund. if I knew they have free returns which is not mentioned on their webpage I would send it back or exchange for a new one.
The seller provides free return shipping only if the item is damaged. I found it out after I was already issued the refund.
I hope next time the bag will be checked before sent to the customer.
