Terms and conditions of sale

Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from the Loumina store. By making a purchase through the store, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Orders and acceptance
All orders placed through the store are subject to acceptance by Loumina. Loumina reserves the right to refuse any order, for any reason, without liability to you. Upon receipt of an order, Loumina will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, but rather serves to acknowledge receipt of your order. Your order will not be accepted until Loumina sends you a shipping confirmation by email.

Prices and payment
All prices listed on the store are in the currency specified on the store, and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping and handling charges. Loumina reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment for all purchases must be made by credit card or other method of payment accepted by Loumina. By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

Shipping and delivery
Loumina will ship your purchase to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Loumina will use reasonable efforts to ship your purchase within the time specified on the store, but does not guarantee any specific delivery date or time. Risk of loss and title to the product purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges as well as applicable taxes and duties.

Returns and refunds
Loumina accepts returns of unused and undamaged products within 20 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated on the store. Loumina will refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes and duties. Loumina reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the Store, including, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights and patents, are owned by Loumina or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any such intellectual property without the express written permission of Loumina.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will Loumina be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the store or products sold by the store, even if Loumina has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Loumina's liability to you or any third party for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Store or products sold by the Store shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loumina is located, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions or rules that would require or permit the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Loumina is located.

Loumina reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the store following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms.
